Re: Here's my Camp battery set up
I have the 12v Resperonics machine. But if I had a 24v rig, I'd buy this and try it out. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Industry-Grade-DC-12V-To-DC-24V-10A-Step-Up-Converter-240W-Waterproof-Anti-shock-/261172780023?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3ccf1c5bf7 My motorhome has 2 12 batteries. I might be tempte...

Re: 3 nights on cpap...made rookie mistake
HAH!!! I've been using the CPAP for about 5 weeks. My wife was tickled to death because any noise the machine and I make now is A LOT less then my snoring. Before the machine, I'm told I could be heard in the driveway and they can't watch TV if I fall asleep on the couch. Now... only the occasional ...

Re: Tap Pap users?
There's actually a lot of threads on the Tap Pap floating around here. My third night was last night. I'm still getting used to the CPAP thing in general, but I've found the Tap Pap better (for me) then the Swift LT. Here's my experience so far. http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t92513/Ordered-Tap-P...

Re: Ordered Tap Pap
Night number two... I woke up a few times, but went right back to sleep. I'm getting the pillows adjusted better with no pain in the morning, but it's clear that there were times when I felt I was not wearing anything. I've also found out that the automatic function is using less pressure then befor...

Re: Ordered Tap Pap
It was very tight, indeed. Almost hurt, at first. It's true that we can reheat the mouthpiece. I had to redo it because while I was widening it, the sides bent over. I was afraid that it wouldn't come back to shape. ... very pleasantly surprised. The reason I recommend only one second is that I did ...

Re: Ordered Tap Pap - The Follow-up
For the sake of closing the loop... It came in yesterday. The first time I formed the mouth piece, it was virtually impossible to remove. Other then receding gums I have great teeth, but I could see how those with dental work would have a lot of trouble getting it off. I used a towel with the hot wa...

Ordered Tap Pap
I thought I'd post to say thanks to those that have posted about Tap Pap in the past. I've been using the Quatro FX FF mask for almost a month, and while I have SCBA (not SCUBA) experience, I've found that the FF mask has frustrated me. In my case, the headgear pulls the mask up causing leaks past t...
