Re: Should I be concerned with increased snoring?
Bill, I am reluctant to increase pressure at this stage, because in my reasoning, this huge increase began when I increased it only a little. Perhaps it is only coincidence in the timing. But I don't want to get into the "hit or miss" process of finding the correct pressure. But maybe that's what PA...

Should I be concerned with increased snoring?
For the past month since I have started CPAP therapy, I've noticed that my snoring chart, as well as my RERA's were increasing in tandem, with a few more CA's thrown in for good measure. In order to breakup the snore events, and maybe reduce RERA's I've increased my pressure from 7cm to 7.5 cm. Noth...

Re: Cannot download data to Sleepyhead--help please
What is the model and number of your XPAP machine? If you have a RemStar 60 series, you will have to download a separate patch after you downloaded SH for Mac. The version that you end up with should read: v.0.9.2-3 (Click on Sleepyhead in the menu bar, and then click on "about SleepyHead" to see th...

Re: SH VSnore2 growing like a weed!
Thanks Bill, I think I'll increase .5 cm. I'll post changes in data. I'm not in any hurry to get to try and get to the "sweet point." My philosophy is "slow and easy."

Re: SH VSnore2 growing like a weed!
Thank you Chunky. I'm always afraid of the "Big Man" overlooking my life. I am tempted to increase my pressure from 7 to 7.5 and see what the result.

SH VSnore2 growing like a weed!
I'm curious about how to interpret the VSnore2 data in the AHI graph in the SH program. I've been on CPAP for a little over a month now. And in examination of my sleep data, I have noticed an increase of my Vsnore2 and Clear Airway score. My VS2 score have crept up to nearly 6, and my CA score has i...

Re: AHI: 31,404.19 ?!?!!
Thanks Pugsy, I'll just ignore it. And yes, by just clicking to not recognize that session removed it from integrating into the statistics, so it's gone, but without erasing it because one could just turn the data back "on." Being a newbie takes a lot of background work before being encouraged enoug...

AHI: 31,404.19 ?!?!!
I am new to the forum, and I've only started using a CPAP two weeks ago, on 8/23/13. Throughout these weeks I've educated myself, largely through this forum...THANKS TO ALL OF YOU. I did download the SH software within a few days, and started to untangle the data that I now had access to. Everything...
