Re: Zombie pressure
Last night's data showed an AHI of .3 (1 obstructive event) which is the same as usual and a 95% leak of 6 which is the lowest/best that it has ever been. I hoping that after a few more nights at this pressure I'll adjust. I have ordered some comfort features from Karen at Pad-A-Cheek for the Swift ...

Zombie pressure
Yesterday my doctor lowered my bottom pressure from 14 to 10.....based on summary data and to hopefully hope me achieve a better seal with fewer leaks. I admit that the pillows did fit better and I had fewer leaks last night ..... But ..... This is a big but ..... I feel like a zombie today! Is it b...

Thanks for the tip. I have a "ReLeaf" collar, which is softer than a medical grade cervical collar. I've never tried it for sleeping, but I will tonight.
How did it work sunny way? I wonder if it will help stop my leaks?

Re: Forgot to put in SD card!
Thanks Oak!
Well ChicagoGranny, not yet!! I'm halfway through the 30 day compliance period required by my insurance and I'd rather not have to start over. Hopefully it went to my RT wirelessly!

Forgot to put in SD card!
I just discovered that last night I forgot to put the SD card back in my machine!! The data shows up on the machine but how do I make sure it gets loaded onto the card? I'd hate to mess up my 30 day compliance!!

Re: Cpap.com now has the Nano and the Anew available
Wouldn't you know.... I contacted my RT today about getting the new Nano mask and headgear. She had met with the ResMed reps today and talked/looked at this mask ### but ### they told her that it would be over a month before they could ship it to her office!! I'm in the 30 day mask try out phase wit...

New user....scratchy throat
This is my ninth day if therapy and I believe I'm doing very well. I did notice yesterday that my throat is feeling scratchy and today it's a little sore. I use the humidifier....set on level 3 with the temperature at 76 degrees. It's pollen season here but I'm taking an antihistamine every day. I'l...

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.
Hi Newbie! I've been 'using' for one week. For me, it has been easy....no problems adjusting to mask/machine. However, the silicone mask leaves my face feeling itchy and the straps leave marks and are uncomfortable at night. I have ordered strap pads and a mask liner from padacheek. Can't wait to se...
