I have had the dry sinus issue for over a year. I have not been able to resolve it either. I keep water with a straw next to my bed to sip when I wake up. I have tried Vaseline and vicks in my nose...In fact I use it every night and it still doesnt help much.

I used to have your issue and found that changing masks until I could finally tolerate keeping mine on without ripping it off at night, helped. If you get in the habit of putting your tongue in a certain position when your mask is on. Sort of, paste your tongue to the roof of your mouth and create a suction so, even if your jaw drops some it stays put, should resolve your issue.
