Can't fall back asleep after waking up w/cpap
Hi folks, I've been using Cpap now regularly for probably 15 years. For the past six weeks I've been waking up in the middle of the night, every night. My problem is I can't fall back asleep after waking up. Because I'm using the cpap, I just don't feel tired when I wake up. It's gotten to the point...

Thanks for the responses! I did try the nasal pillows, but it's been quite a while. I couldn't ever go for more than a few hours without them shifting out of position and out of my nostrils. I have not tried the whole face or oral mask but may consider the whole face option, though I'm concerned it ...
