Re: Suicidal ideation and depression resolved by CPAP
Thanks for sharing. In some ways, it seems so obvious. If someone went to a doctor and said "I'm agitated and/or anxious and/or moody and/or depressed etc." and the doctor founds out that they were purposefully depriving themselves of sleep only not sleeping enough - the doctor would say "get more s...

Re: Taking mask off every night - need advice
Great ideas! Thanks. I think anything that makes it harder to take off ... (meaning I'll have to come fully awake and realize what I'm doing to take it off) might work well - then I might be awake enough to be rationale enough to go back to sleep with it on!

Re: Need to use CPAP if AHI = 3.1
Yes, check your sleep study results.
Also check and see the pressures the autopap had to use. If it was stuck low, I would imagine it isn't doing much for you - if it had to go higher - then your AHI were low cause it was helping you!

Re: Best way to sell apap
If you do want to sell it - I'm interested! I am desparately dealing with insurance red tape and am thinking of just buying one for myself. I can hardly function I am so tired these days - as a grad student I don't have much disposable income but I also don't have the time to lose dealing with the i...
