Thanks for all your input. My setting on my escape is set at 6. However my wife says sometimes I still snore through the night and wake up tired. This is the reason for my upgrade to the autoset. I also have insomnia and take ambien to get to sleep most nights.

I just ordered a ResMed S9 auto set CPAP from online. While they have my prescription on file, they just sent me an e-mail saying they set my settings 4.0cm-20cm.
