Is there a difference between "cloth" surgical tape and "silk" surgical tape? They only had "cloth" at my drugstore but I don't know what kind of cloth it is! Seems a little difficult to pull off but it definitely beats the chin strap!

Sleep Dr: "Well, maybe you should try just going to sleep earlier". I did get the sleep study and my AHI was 121 (yes, one hundred twenty one!). Going to bed earlier wouldn't have helped!!
