Re: Wisp nasal CPAP mask question.
I would try moving the triangular nose piece either up or down on your nose. it should rest just above the upper lip. I had this problem too. When I moved the strap in the back down a bit, the mask seemed to "ride up" on my nose. I had to get the back strap just right so it wouldnt do this. dont ma...

DME Sent new SD Card
My DME mailed me a new Respironics SD Card and told me I had to mail the other one back. My insurance doesn't require compliance data so I don't know why they would want it. I haven't even brough it to my doctor. Do DME's download the info and generate reports for the doctor?

CPAP Dishsoap
I was on a mission to find that "mild" dishsoap that doesn't have any degreasers or moisturizers in it; it proved to be a difficult task. Then I came across the "one." Palmolive Baby (found in baby isle at walmart) It has no unnecessary ingredients and is hypoallergenic. Just figured I would share t...

Does anyone on here develop Android Apps. I have an idea to help CPAP users and wanted to know if someone was interested.

Re: Parts, Parts, and more parts, but never the ones I want
I called and ordered a Wisp Nasal Pillow Replacement (My Insurance Covers 2 a month) and the bill says Nasal Pillow and $27.51 being billed to insurance for payment. They sent me the entire fit pack to include all 3 size pillows, head gear and small hose. I looked at the reference number on the bill...

Re: CPAP setup fees
Most of these DME companies operate under contracts with health insurance companies. Your insurance company would be able to tell you if the are allowed to charge this extra fee or not. This should have been something that was disclosed to you in the beginning. That company sounds like they will sca...

I agree with the title, it could be more blunt to say. Not trying to start a "this-sucks" war lol

There is a reason it only has a 30 day warranty. Steer Clear of this contraption.

Re: Why your sleep study night will be an awful night of sleep
Hi - I am so angry! There are people out there who are already afraid of what will take place (on one night, in a bed, in a laboratory in a medical facility - not on a 'rack' on a desert island with no one around), and we all have gone through it and try hard to encourage and reassure newbies that ...
