I have been having a lot of problems with dry eyes lately. I have a couple of questions - do the Manta and Eyeseals block out light completely and are they comfortable for a side sleeper?

My ears have always had more sensitivity than normal - I rarely fly because my ears hurt so badly and often are congested for days after the flight.

I am a side sleeper and when I put my ear on the pillow, it feels like a vacuum seal. So I ended up rolling on my back, which is less comfortable and worse for my sleep. Any suggestions?

Yes, I use a SunSation lightbox every weekday morning for 15-30 minutes, it helps me wake up.

I realize it will vary per individual, but are the results dramatic for you.
