Just an update to the Z1. There has been a new firmware release with a CPAP-3 setting.
After trying for 1 night, I think it has improved the Z1 considerably. It almost felt like the S9. Not really there yet, but close enough.

I used non-alcoholic mouth wash. dilute it 1 part mouthwash, 3 part water. Rinse it for 5 minutes and then dry it (but not under direct sun). It leaves a slight minty scent that dissipates after 2-3 days.

I have tried diluted soap and dettol, I hated the residual soap and dettol smell.

It is really up to individual preferences. I alternate between pillows and masks.

Pillows are generally less invasive and irritates the nostrils more
Mask are larger and more prone to leak (for me).

Most times I use pillows, when I have a bad nose day, I switch to nasal masks.

Just bought the Z1 CPAP 2 weeks ago. I am using my Resmed S9 Autoset as my main device but got tried of lugging it around. I am still trying to get used to it. I am not going to compare between the S9 and the Z1. The S9 is clearly a superior product except for the size. It is still not as comfortabl...

I was using sleepyhead but the recent data looks strange (I was asleep for 35 hours per day?)
