Traveling to Thailand How Do I protect my gear?
I think they fumigate airplanes and I really do not want to breathe poison. What works best to wrap machine and accessories? Any power requirements I need to know about? I plan on using an adapter.

Re: side sleeper
I sleep on my side. I think my nose pillow works ok. It has only one thin strap. Be sure you have a great pillow...I guess I listed only the full face that I never use. I have the simple Nose pillow one...

Re: Done. Finished. I GIVE UP!
If you have chronic sinus, I would also see a good ENT doctor and make sure you get that fixed. If he cannot help you due to allergies, see an allergist. You need to fix breathing and that can be more than a CPAP machine. Now that I have my machine I do not have the chronic sinus issues I used to ha...

Re: Severe Apnea under control but still tired
I am someone that has the symptoms of thyroid but the test says I am ok. I found a doc who would give me some meds but I think the dose is so low it does not do much. I see my doctor again soon and I will discuss all this.

Re: Anyone try dental device for apnea?
I tried that first. I paid 500 dollars. It did not work. I drooled all over myself and felt it was kind of gross. Maybe it works for some people. I did not like it.

Re: Easy directions for posting pictures of your report
I actually found it easier than Flickr or Google. They also reveal those links, which is amazing. Other apps bury the links.

Re: Easy directions for posting pictures of your report
True, but IMG was set on mine as default. If someone uses it in its default settings it will appear as I directed. Other than that, it should be pretty easy to figure out to select the IMG link. The person who might be confused is not likely to mess with the default settings…that would be my guess.

Re: What should I be talking to my doctor about?
Yes, I have been fighting Vit. D for years now. My highest level even when taking 10k units was still only 27. I am not sure what to do other than go outside for 20 minutes a day… Interesting you said you wanted to nap more after 8 hours. I have spent a lifetime avoiding naps. I was the kid who woul...

Re: What should I be talking to my doctor about?
I have been on therapy since October and very compliant. I sleep an average of 7 hours. Only take Armor thyroid and at that only 30 mgs. I take Vit. D and other vitamins and have no other health issue at this time. My bed is of high quality and I sleep comfortably. I only wake slightly to turnover a...

Re: What should I be talking to my doctor about?
I am not sure how long the events are. I do wake to turn over. I do not have the leg movement thing. I sleep about 7 hours per night. I have blood work 2x per year. Nothing in there...healthy otherwise.

What should I be talking to my doctor about?
Sorry for the second post, but I just figured out how to do my images. I see my doctor today and need to know how to talk to him considering the report below. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea last year with severe sleep apnea. But I am still tired. While my AHI looks good on the report, I was hoping...
