Well guys ive been using my new machine for just over a year now. Was tested again and air pressure was pushed up to 14cm. Ive lost 20 kg in body weight and am feeling much better and have much more energy. thx for all the help you guys have given me.

Ok, new machine is here. It a REMstar SE, found it very easy to setup. When you not sure read the manual. Hopefully I will get some sleep tonight

It happens to me as well, "I go all panic stations" and rip the mask off. I've learnt to control, by walking around in the house for about 5min. Then I get get back into bed.
