Re: Nasal Pillows Masks for Slotted Nares
I have used the Pilairo since I started cpap about 4 years ago. I love it they conform to your openings and the only time i have leaks is when I need but to change the pillow part. The first few days of a new pillow they feel tight but after that they are fine.

Re: Just diagnosed and need BiPap machine?
I was given a Bipap/Bilevel because at my study a few years ago. I was having issues with the exhale and the comfort level. So glad I was able to get this type because it allowed me to easily adapt to the machine. I was diagonosed at 36 and now I am normally under 1 every night. Good Luck it has bee...

Re: Discouraged: still waking up!
Just wanted to say what worked for me. I was diagnosed june 2013 with severe apnea. I just decided that if I was in bed I had the mask on regardless! If mask is not on then I get up. So far this has worked for me. Good Luck it is hard but so worth it.

Re: New cpap, still groggy
I started bipap last june and I am still learning a lot from this forum. Yes from what I have seen here it is very normal. My sleep doctor told me to give it at least 3 months and he said sometimes it takes longer. I still have good days and bad ones. Stay with it and it will get better. Good Luck.

Re: Pressure settings not saving on PR SystemOne 60 series
Thank You I do download to Sleepyhead and I will do it again tomorrow just to be sure I have everything. I just wasn't sure if it had something on the card that it needed to make everything work.

Re: Pressure settings not saving on PR SystemOne 60 series
It wants me to remove the card before I get to the settings. Once I do that and change the settings exit back out of the menu I put the SD card back in and it says prescription accepted. The setting is back to 5.0

Pressure settings not saving on PR SystemOne 60 series
I am using PR System One Series60 with Bi-flex. I have been using the machine since June 2013 with great success. My pressure is EPAP 5 IPAP 11. No auto. 11 seems to be fine but I need to raise the low pressure to either 5.5 or 6 because I am having a lot of Hypopneas. Almost everything I have are t...

Re: Pilairo nasal pillows by Fisher Paykel
I use the Pilario and love it. It is the only mask I have used since I started my cpap adventure in June 2013. Sometimes I have to re position the air holes to blow up in the nose. If they get lower they will blow against the wall of your nose and feel like you are not getting enough air. Good Luck.

Re: Pilairo Comfort
Hello, I am new to cpap but I use the same mask. It was the one I used on my titration study. I like the mask but I do agree that it is a little heavy. I have not figured out how to get it from resting on my upper lip either. But, for some reason I have gotten use to it. I will wake up adjust and go...
