User Flag
I am looking at my sleepyhead data and I see an event labeled User Flag #1. Does anyone know what that means?

Re: Extremely congested
Thanks for the replies. I did use a neti pot and it helped a little. Hot shower did nothing. I am going to try using the pillows. If it doesn't work, at least I tried. Have a great night everyone!!

Extremely congested
What do people think about trying to use the machine while very congested? I am currently not able to breathe at all through my nose. Should I still try to use my machine tonight or is it just going to leak all night because of mouth breathing? I do have some new pillows to change to after this cold...

can't breathe
I have been using my CPAP every night for three and a half months. Now, all of a sudden, I can't seem to breathe with it on. It started when I was on an a sudden and unplanned trip to my step dad' s funeral. I figured it was from being stuffed up from crying. But it hasn't gotten any better. I am st...

Re: Frustrated
Thank you to Janknitz for the fitting help. I have gone through each step as you listed them. My fit does seem to be almost exactly what I had it at. I also adjusted my range from 5 to 11 instead of 4 to 11 on the suggestion from newsnore. Not a huge change but since my average is around 7, it didn'...

Re: Frustrated
Thanks to those that replied. wetlizard and I are not the same person. I do still use my machine every night. I am able to wear it while I am not sleeping with no problems breathing. I believe my main problem stems from leaks waking me up. It seems like maybe when the pressure starts to build up dur...

Frustrated
I wear this stupid machine every night just like I was told. I understand that there will be an adjustment period. But it has been two months and I still haven't slept more that three interrupted hours in one night. I was doing better than that without the machine. So why should I keep using it? I a...

Weight loss to reduce apnea
My doctor told me that I need to lose about 20 pounds in order to help reduce apnea events. I have already lost 70+ pounds but he wants another 20. I do know that this is a good idea. In fact, I want to lose about 50 more. My problem is that I can't seem to lose any more. I have been stuck for about...

Help
I woke up during the night with the hose wrapped around my neck. Any way to prevent this from happening? It scared me a little and I never got back to sleep. I thought I had slept restlessly but this hasn't happened before.

Re: Sleepyhead question
I was wondering the exact same thing. Thanks for asking. I had one that said 104 and because it was out of the norm, I didn't know if it was an area for concern.

camping
Going camping with my cpap this weekend. Any suggestions to make the trip tolerable would be helpful. We will be tent camping but electricity is available.
