Re: Odd data problem on Respironics System One INFO screen
So if you wake up, and the machine shuts off and it turns out you have less than 4 hours of use for the night, you had better go back to sleep on the machine within 30 minutes of the shut off time, or else the additional sleep time will not count to the prior night's use, but the next day's? It sti...

Re: Odd data problem on Respironics System One INFO screen
Thanks for the replies. One poster said that a new machine solved the issue and others have suggested that the gap in minutes after shutting the machine and returning to it after a trip to the bathroom may have been long enough to make the machine think it was a new sleep session and, because it was...

Re: Odd data problem on Respironics System One INFO screen
When are you checking the onscreen data? At the 5 to 7 AM break in therapy for the bathroom break? At final wakeup? What is the time zone where you live? I am betting the missing data is only missing short term because of the Noon GMT time thing for on screen updating. I checked onscreen data both ...

Re: Odd data problem on Respironics System One INFO screen
Here are some additional facts, in answer to some of the questions posted: - This only seems to happen when I do shut the machine to use the bathroom/loo between the hours of about 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM EDT, and then restart it when I return to bed (a duration of approximately 3 to 5 minutes). - Until...

Re: Odd data problem on Respironics System One INFO screen
Thank you both for the suggestions.
I have just registered for sleepmapper.com but Apria Healthcare needs to enable it for me.
I have also tried unplugging and re-plugging in the unit to no avail. Some nights it reports accurate data on the INFO screen and some nights it reports 0.00.

Odd data problem on Respironics System One INFO screen
I have had my Philips Respironics System One for just over 3 months. I've used it every single night since I brought the unit home from my DME provider, Apria Healthcare. I have 100% compliance with an average of between 6 to 7 hours per night. Upon waking up every morning, I check the LCD INFO scre...
