thanks JD i feel the same way with the ups and downs and i will reach out to him when i send him the reports as he asked so that setting would go from 5 to 10 ? i would never do such a change myself and i do understand my routine at bedtime is mask on and i fall asleep .. i wish i could go to bet at...

health is pretty good , a little overweight not much stress is up there , take my vitamins daily , using d3 for a few months as it was a suggestion i only wake in the middle of the night every so often , not much at all epap question i see you answered, leaks you feel not an issue i just feel a twee...

my routines suck because of work schedule and stress i try to be in bed by 11 and does not take me long to fall asleep that pulse ox meter JD says not compatible with sleepy head software , i sent them an email do i try setting the epap pressure up one ? i am up for trying anything thank you thank y...

only had 1 or 2 issues ,waking up at night, in months so i would say that is not an issue the doc i am seeing now is at jefferson in philly and was told he is top doc in the country ....has to be better than the one i was going to , that was unreal kept asking for advice and got nowhere , and the dm...

a small change i have no issue doing ...just need the guidance to do it

hello JD and thanks they run the encore report there and i bring everything with , always prepared the last visit was " i'll see you in 6 mos not 3 because you are doing good , send me info in 3 mos" i want to do a change to see if it helps because of being tired no i don't have a meter and was thin...
