Re: Interpreting Sleepyhead results

hbeardave, Just a quick fyi...I've been using Sleepyhead for some time. I have a lot of Centrals, like you appear to have. When I look at my history, any time I only have summary data available, the Centrals are drastically lower on those days in SH. If I look at the same days on ResScan the reporte...

Re: Analysis Welcome

Thank you all!

kteague...i just checked my blood work from March and see my ferritin level is 74.

You've given me some good things to look at so I'm off to do some homework on myself.

So have you beaten it or is it just an ongoing battle?

Thanks again,

Analysis Welcome

I'm hoping the community can chime in on my most recent night's sleep data. It was an ugly number and I've been having more and more of these nights lately. As background, I've been a compliant user for 3+ years. My typical numbers have never been great, in the 5-8 range, and always driven by centra...

Re: extremely tired all the time. need advice.

I had all that checked a few months ago. my testosterone levels came back low. I think they've been low and no other doc checked it and all symptoms including the symptoms that brought me into a sleep study test could be answered by low T symptoms. I am on my third week of injections. I don't know ...

Re: Attention Manufacturers! Changes we'd like in our equipment

Re: Poll: Falling asleep with CPAP

People have been asking me about my earlier offer to provide free Pur-Sleep product in exchange for feedback. This video explains how Pur-Sleep works and how and why it will help you (a) fall asleep and (b) stay asleep on your CPAP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_7qgoFOfw0 All I need is your nam...

Re: Poll: Falling asleep with CPAP

Like some others here, falling asleep is no issue. Sleep comes quick but just as assuredly that the sun will rise in the east in the morning, I will be awake within the hour. I get up, walk around for a few minutes and then hit the sack again. I'll fall asleep again quickly and within the hour I get...
