I'm think about getting a more up to date machine that is compact enough to take with me on trips. The DeVilbiss IntelliPAP Auto looks like it is quite compact and light, so I am going to look into that.

I got a null modem to USB cable not long after I started this thread and I've been able to access ResScan via VM Fusion on my Mac without problems. My results vary quite a bit from night to night. I had a problem with my nasal pillows after their first cleaning. It turns out there is an inner "cone" that supports the outer cone, and one of mine had become inverted when I cleaned it. I just popped it back into place and they fit nice and snugly again without a lot of pressure.
