It sounds like your body is jut trying to get used to getting good sleep. I've been on my cpap since Januaury and have noticed that I'm not as tired as I was before but I still take an occasional nap. It's just taking some time for my body to adjust to the change after several years of not getting g...

Deffiantly rainout. I had that until I made a hose cover out of fleece and have had no more problems with it.
As for drying your hose I find that hooking it up to my machine without the humidifier and running it for a few minutes the air going through it will dry it out just fine.

My three year old, Megan, is terrified of my CPAP and mask. I just got it today and when we went to take a nap she didn't want to even be in the room with my machine when I started setting it up for our nap she ran out of the room crying and hid in the bathroom. I tried taking the mask, headgear and...

I thought I was totaly nuts for forgeting to breathe during the day! My hubby would think I was mad at him when I would realize I was holding my breath and take a deep breath. I have found that doing yoga especially the breathing part has help me a lot with my breathing.

Sounds like you deffinatly need to see your doctor asap. As for the zits, itching ect. I would sugest a good cleanser & moisturizer every morning and every night, Mary Kay's Velocity is my favorite for controling zits & itchy skin. Be sure t check with your doctor as soon as you can though.
