hi as like sleep sleuth i a on a trila s9 autoset with the Nano.super comfortable and easy on.Only prob i have is that it has come off a couple of nights!!!lol

Hi I am into my 2nd week of using a trial cpap machine-I have the resmed Autoset S9.I am looking to buy my own machine but am considering the s9 elite.Can anyone tell me if the $1000 extra for autoset is worth it ?Seems such a lot of extra $$$$ for a small feaature?any help advice appreciated...BTW ...
