Re: Need Help with Lincare's Billing Errors

JDS74,
Thank you for your suggestions! I'm trying to be very simple (and nice) in explaining what the problems are, when I really want to scream. The only person I have talked to in SC has been rude and sarcastic, even in message she leaves. Will you give me the manager's name, please?

Need Help with Lincare's Billing Errors

Lincare has been making billing "errors" with my account and insurance claims since January. I'm getting nowhere talking to the local office and the regional billing office. I have written letters, but I don't think they even read them. Their practices seem like fraud to me. I am so frustrated that ...

Excited about the Quattro Air mask

I'm beginning to think there is something wrong with the shape of my face. I have tried so many masks, chin straps, liners, taped mouth, etc. ...even the "mask of last resort" (FitLife) without a successful night's sleep. The only one that even gave me 4 hours sleep years ago was the Mirage Quattro....

Asking for help with FitLife leaks

I took advice from here and ordered a FitLife XL to deal with my jaw drop. For the first hour, it's great! No pressure on my nose, and it's under my chin. Love it! But, slowly, it starts coming unsealed along my jawline. I'm on my back, and haven't moved around. It just comes loose. I have used citr...

Re: lincare complaints

I'm having the same experience with Lincare My billing statement and insurance claims are the biggest mess I have ever seen. They have sent incorrect supplies, also. They "aren't able" to get the cpap mask I need (FitLife XL), so I had to order it online. I'm ready to move on.

FitLife users ... please advise me

Without going into my seemingly endless journey to find a cpap mask, I'll say that the posts I have read here have given me hope. Those of you that use and like the FitLife really encourage me. Some of you have said you wear an XL mask under the chin to help jaw drop. That's exactly what I need! But...
