The pressure and AHI (apnea-hypopnea index) do not necessarily correlate. AHI measures how often, on average, the airway is closed or restricted. Knowing what the testing will be like made it easier on me. There is a ton of info and super-friendly helpful members here to virtually hold your hand through it all

Tried the LT. It fit nicely sitting up in the chair at the DME. It was OK lounging to see how it felt before bed. Then when I got into bed with it I hated it. Went to the DME today and walked out with the LT. It seems the small pillows fit me better but I am a perfect medium for the FX. Curious ...
