FYI: disregard last post, I was talking about the WISP, i was sleep deprived LOL. Yes the Pilairo breaks, nothing you can do but replace. Pain in the rear but great when its working

you should be getting replacement pillow 2 x month, new mask itself every 3 months. headgear/straps every 6 months. They usually give mask/straps together anyway. I use Pilairo too, love it but the holes that the clip fit into get stretched so they don't form a good snap within a month. Its a real s...

Ridiculous, I agree. I have gotten MANY people qualified with AHI 5, and complaint of fatigue. Especially if you have another issue such as HTN or heart disease. I agree with previous posts, have the tech reread that sucker, he may have nodded off at the wheel .

Please don't disassemble the unit, bad idea. As long as the hose, water chamber, filter, and mask are clean, your good.
