I have chronic inflamed turbinates and the OTC stuff didn't cut it. I am now taking Singulair (a.m.) and Claritin (p.m.) and that has made a significant difference in my nasal stuffiness. I tried Zyrtec and Allegra but Claritin worked the best in conjunction with Singulair.
