My Mom has Fibro, but I haven't had any chronic pain in the 18 areas. I was thinking of going to her doctor just to rule it out though thanks.

Wow, just wanted to say thanks for posting this thread and for all the analysis Mollete. Ill try it in CPAP mode, yea, I have read that pressure fluctuations can mess with REM sleep, so I always kept the pressure range very narrow. No I take no medicines in general. What would they usually do to adjust to lower the FL if they are in fact an issue. No, that was actually one of the first things I was going to bring up on my visit, although other than fatigue and restless sleep, I don't really have any signs of low testosterone.

No Medicines for sleep (just take Multi/fish olis). As for waking up yes, about 2/3 of my nights go like this: Sleep for 3-4 hours, fully wake up, get a sip of water then go back to sleep for 2-3 hours.
