Re: Shortage of large Airfit P10 pillows at Aerocare/AdaptHealth
I needed a noc ox in May June, and was never called despite Aerocare confirming receipt of the order. They did it within a week on a reorder. I have been having mask fit issues and wanted a new mask fit, but after month cannot get scheduled. Aerocare used to be pretty good for a DME, but I have no i...

Resmed N10 Frame
Hello,
Does the standard Resmed N10 Nasal Mask frame work with a small cushion size. I am wanting to try a smaller size after fitting with their pdf.
Thank you

Oxygen Concentrator as Checked Bag
I bleed oxygen into my cpap and need to take trip in a few months. I have an Inogen at Home concentrator I want to take on the trip and plan to get a sturdy pelican case to pack it in to prevent damage.
Does anyone know if checking the concentrator would be an issue?

Re: Oxygen Tubing Source
My new puppy chewed on it. Found 50 ft for 3.89 each. Not a big deal, since I am still saving 500-600 a year not renting a concentrator.

Oxygen Tubing Source
My DME is pricing oxygen tubing at around 15 dollars each. Since I own my concentrator, they do not supply the tubing. Is there a DME that is more amenable to providing the tubing for their cpap customers or should I just buy it online. I am not cool with paying the DME full price for tubing. I hesi...

Lincare Bills Before Insurance
I have been with Lincare for the past couple of years and go through a routine of getting my supplies, then getting a bill for 100% of the inflated cost before there is ever an EOB received. Once I get the EOB, I pay Lincare the amount I am obligated to pay over the internet. Then it seems like I ge...

Re: PR System One Humidifier Popping Noise
I see three of them. One on top one that interfaces with the water chamber and one that interfaces with the main unit. They look worn and the top one has signs of mold. I am taking them out and washing them. Also ordering replacements from cpap.com. None of them seemed loose. I don't see anything el...

PR System One Humidifier Popping Noise
My PRS One is making a popping noise at the beginning of inspiration and expiration. It sounds like a diaphragm closing and seems to come from the humidifier unit. I cannot find any source and when I bypassed the humidifier the noise is gone.
Any ideas on this issue?
Thanks.

Re: Lincare Non-OEM tubing/Aftermarket Supplies
And as far as knowing who Resmed contracts to manufacture their tubing, I would love to know, but I do not.

Re: Lincare Non-OEM tubing/Aftermarket Supplies
Just received a shipment from Lincare for some supplies I ordered. I was due for a frame, tubing, and a cushion. I ordered these and received a Resmed frame with a cushion in the same sealed bag, a separate cushion, and an obviously after market tubing from " AG Industries ." The tubing I initially...

Re: Doctor told me to be careful
I'm a registered nurse and I find it amazing that no one ever asks what a lab test or ct will cost. I asked my dme what the pr s1 auto, mask, tubing, will cost me and they couldn't tell me, due to insurance contracts blah blah etc. How can the USA ever hope to control hc costs if the average consume...

Quattro Air Users Trying F10
I am at the point where I will soon need a replacement cushions for the Air. The mask is about 5 months old and I would like to get a replacement to have a spare. I learned that the new F10 uses the same cushions as the Air. I have yet to see any reviews on the masks at CPAP.com. Wondering if it is ...

Travel - should I take my humidifier
Hi,
I am traveling to a costal area where the humidity is 60-80%. I suspect the hotel will reduce the ambient humidity. I am I use my PRS1 on 2 and go through a full res every three days. I am leaning towards leaving it keep from going over my carry-on count. Thoughts?
Thanks
F
