Re: Ugh, stupid prices - I need cheap headgear for mirage quat.
I will be happy to send you an unused Mirage Quattro headgear if you are interested. The DME I had in 2008 did not provide new cushions monthly - instead they provided a full mask with headgear every 3 months. I did not use all the headgear but the package is open.

I'm sorry to hear that Taringa - shall I contact them on your behalf?
After seeing the Oximeter results my Sleepdoc is trying to get me on a Trilogy. If that works I might try to sell my kit

Yes, this is the Resmed Oximeter kit. Sleeplinks (a DME in Flowood, MS - 601-932-3744 contact person Crystal) got it for me. I am in Florida - local DME wanted $1654 - 2 other online companies asked $995 and $985 - I paid $695 including tax & have placed an I just spoke to Crystal at Sleeplinks & h...

Re: Using Resmed S9 oximeter - daily advice please
I have one of these over priced devices. I would power everything off before plugging things in except the 9 pin connector between the Nonin device and the finger sensor (picture C item 4 in the manual above) The S9 should display the Sp02 rate on one of the menus when the sensor is collecting data...

Re: Using Resmed S9 oximeter - daily advice please
Thank you JDS - it is the manual included with the kit - it doesn't tell you what to do if you use this daily!JDS74 wrote:..http://www.resmed.com/int/assets/docume ... lo_eng.pdf
Here is a pointer to the user manual.

Re: Using Resmed S9 oximeter - daily advice please
Do you actually have the ResMed brand Oximeter kit? If so, you are one of the chosen few. I looked at that kit in late 2011 in great detail just prior to purchasing my ResMed S9 AutoSet. I ran into 2 obstacles in trying to purchase it. #1 The cost (My then BC/BS would not cover it at all.) #2 I cou...

Re: Using Resmed S9 oximeter - daily advice please
Thank you Paul. Do I understand correctly that you think it is fine to leave the finger sensor with the red light in it connected to my machine 24 hours? I was wondering if it would shorten it's life being connected to power constantly.

Using Resmed S9 oximeter - daily advice please
Thanks to rmh99usa I obtained a S9 oximeter kit. The manual only gives information about putting it together and taking out. Resmed tells me I don't have to disconnect the power supply when removing the adapter (manual states damage would occur). When I leave everything connected the red light in th...

Thank you Stormynights. May I ask what mask you're using now? I realize what works for one might not work for another.

Mojo Mask for high pressure?
I have read merchant placed reviews of the Mojo mask but am hoping to hear from someone who used this mask in a high pressure setting - pressure 20. Any other recommendations? Thanks
