Re: SleepWeaver Anew - How to Connect?
This is extremely helpful, Caroyn! Yes, the elbow that's currently in the hose clearly has to come out but it doesn't seem to want to pull out. Do I just pull until it ultimately gives way?
Thanks so very much for taking the time to do this!

SleepWeaver Anew - How to Connect?
I received the SleepWeaver Anew Full Face Mask, as I decided that since it comes with free return insurance it was worth a try. However, it comes assembled with its own elbow tube part and I can't figure out how to connect it to the ResMed machine hose, which has an elbow at the end that doesn't see...

Re: Question on importing data using Sleephead
That worked, Pugsy. Thanks very much! I'll make a note this time of where to find the software and patch, just in case I need them again.

Re: Question on importing data using Sleephead
I wondered about that archangel. But highlighting the card doesn't work either.

No message. It just doesn't do anything.
Sorry, but could you please remind me where to find these to reinstall?
Thanks!

Re: Question on importing data using Sleephead
Pugsy and robysue: OK. I created a new user profile and tried to import that way, but the data is still not showing up. The time stamps on the data card are fine, and show that there is data on the card through today. I don't have another card that will fit into the System One, but I could purchase ...

Re: Question on importing data using Sleephead
Thanks, Oak. I did. I removed the card and reinserted it twice. The green light comes on on my card reader and the yellow light at the top comes on when I click on import, but the new data doesn't appear to be there.

Question on importing data using Sleephead
I've successfully imported my data through August 9, the date of my last visit to my sleep doctor, but I can't seem to import the data since that date. There does appear to be data on the card through today, but when I click on import I'm not able to actually import the new data to my iMac. I've tri...

Re: Three months and still not having much success
Well, whatever it's called and however it happens, it just happened to me again. I tossed and turned most of the night, but kept the mask on all night. I then checked the read out and the machine says that I only got 3.2 hours of therapy, which again is incorrect. I've not yet taken the card out to ...

Re: Three months and still not having much success
Good news! I fell asleep around midnight last night and when I awoke at 6 a.m. I forced myself to put the mask back on before falling asleep again, which resulted in a personal record for me of 8 1/2 hours of therapy last night (my previous record was 7 hours). So it's heading in the right direction!

Re: Three months and still not having much success
Thanks again for your greatly appreciated assistance, Pugsy. I'll read the information in the link you sent. I do get additional hours of sleep, sometimes after the mask comes off in the morning and sometimes taking naps in the afternoon, but so far I've not worn the mask for the naps and need to ge...
