Having dealt with two horrible DME's, and now having a great one, I'll chime in with how I dealt with them. I fired them. Seriously though, it can be tough dealing with them, but you have to fight to get what you want. You are the customer. You are the one who's paying - even if you have insurance.....

Last night I slept unbelievably well! Very few disruptions and woke up feeling really good - albeit tired as I woke up directly from REM stage sleep.

So far so good!!!
