I have a owell industries 12-266 battery and I can get approximately 4 nights @ 6 or hrs per night with it (no humidifier). I've used for 3 night backpacking trips and there was enough charge for another night.

Haven't figured out multiple weeks but I can get 4 nights backpacking with my Owell industries 12 C 266 battery with my System One PR machine. I also recently bought a used Aeomed Everest 2 machine that I can get 2 nights with on its own battery so I think I can get 6 nights on the trail between bot...

I've been happy with my owell industries 12 C 266 for backpacking, boating, flying etc.

I like the weight of that battery being tested. Its less than my owell 12-266 but I think I get a day or 2 more.

I'm taking an overnight flight on Delta this month and my recently purchased used Aeomed Everest 2 is not on their approved list to "use" on the flight so they won't authorize me to use it?
