Re: Windows 10 problems
Problem solved, Many thanks to Jay, Pugsy and Cpaptalk for staying with the problem. It was a permission problem and I performed both of the suggestions as follows: "I'm not sure which folder the writer is referring to above as "read only", but you might check the permissions of the Documents and Sl...

Re: Windows 10 problems
Jay...In the daily tab everything appears except the graphs. In the area where each graph appears it says "plots disabled".
I saved a screen shot and if I can figure how to attach it I will. Any help will be welcome.

Re: Windows 10 problems
Hi Jay Aitchsee, I am interested in what you had to do to reformat your data card. Did you do it on the computer or does your machine have a setting to do it. I can see everything except when I click the daily tab it says data blocked but the other statistics in the left pane are there.
Thanks
Jack

Windows 10 problems
After upgrading to windows 10 this weekend, Sleepyhead will not show the daily details for neither my wife's (airsense 10) or my (system one) machine. All other data is there. I have done everything I know how to do including deleting and reinstalling Sleepyhead to the latest version. It worked fine...

Re: AS 10 and sleepyhead compatibility.
I think y'all have diagnosed the problem. It is an air sense 10 CPAP and doesn't save daily details. I've been wracking my brain trying to find out why I could not get my wife's sleep details but could get mine on sleepyhead. It has cellular communication and you can see daily how ResMed scores you ...

Re: AS 10 and sleepyhead compatibility.
Ahhh..Thank You. I see there is a 64 bit version. If I can find an uninstall for my 32 bit I will install the 64 bit.

Re: AS 10 and sleepyhead compatibility.
AMK...The version of SH I have says 32 bit but works with my sys one on my 64 bit machine. I even opened another acct on SH with my wife's sd card and it displays CPAP statistics, no daily results. I get a big that says my "machine does not record useful data to graph in daily view" Any Ideas? Thank...

Thanks for the reply Sharrykb. One thing I left out was I'm using win7 64 bit. What system are you using?

AS 10 and sleepyhead compatibility.
My wife recently got an ResMed airsense 10. I have been on a Respironics system one for over a year. I use encore basic and sleepyhead and get good daily details. On the other hand I use rescan for my wife's as10. It has little detail so I tried sleepyhead for her's and it does not show daily detail...

Sleepmapper
Anyone have thoughts, opinions about the sleep mapper app that comes with the Respironics system one machine. It looks like all your information goes in the cloud to Phillips. I have mixed feelings about that. What do y'all think.

Re: Encore basic report
Thanks Pugsy, I don't have long on this machine, only since April 16. I was concerned there was a data string that needed to be turned on. I like all the info available. I'll keep a watch on the fill in....Jack
