Question about Cpap Batteries
I have been looking into getting a battery pack, since I often camp. I have looking, and the price range is huge. This is the cheapest I have found, so I am wondering what is wrong with it? Can someone who understands these things give me an opinion? http://www.cpaptravelbatterypack.com/pr-system-on...

Re: Darn allergies
Welcome Cottonwood! I don't need the allergy report to let me know what days are bad!
I take two different 24 hour allergy medications 12 hours apart. They work differently, but the overlap helps with those hours where once stops and the other is still full force.

Re: Questions on ASV Reports
I do generally read for a while before I go to sleep. Then I think I fall asleep pretty quickly. Not as quickly as I do without the mask, but I can generally fall asleep anywhere, anytime. I have no idea what my settings are, and the machine is rented. That must be one of those things the DME figure...

Re: New user, many questions :)
The members of this forum are awesome! You are doing the right thing my researching first. I am battling with my DME, because I did not educate myself first. Now I know that she did nothing to help me.
If you do not feel comfortable with your DME, get another! Very best of luck!

Re: Questions on reports
For some reason the print screen function is not working on my computer, and the program will not let me select all in order to copy it manually. Not techie, so not sure what else to do. When the kids are up tomorrow, I will see if they can help me. My machine is the Philips Respironics BiPap autoSV...

Questions on ASV Reports
Some awesome people got me set up with sleephead last night at chat, and I am curious about my numbers. As I have said, my DME is a piece of work. I am in the process of getting a new one, and with her, new equipment. I cannot seem to get a screen shot so I am going to share some numbers here. This ...

Re: Newbie
I am so impressed by your dedication to educating yourself! You don't even have your machine yet, and you are so much further along that I am! I wish I had been as proactive as you are being!
Best of luck getting everything to work as needed.

Re: Newbie who needs to vent
Thank you all for the information! I suspected that the issue was just her, but it is good to know that my experience is not the norm. I am already in the process of getting a list from my insurance company on who in my area is in my plan, and combined with your suggestions I should be able to get a...

Newbie who needs to vent
I am really hoping my experience is not typical. Yesterday I contacted my insurance company, and I am going to change providers in the hopes that someone else will be more helpful. I received my machine about 5 weeks ago. It was a simple process. She gave me the machine and some basic info on it. Sh...

Re: Provigil ?
I have taken it on and off, and I have had fairly positive results. I definitely am more alert during my awake moments, although I could always lay down and sleep no matter where I am or what I take. It does make me a bit jittery if I take it daily for long periods. I would only take it every other ...
