Re: NEW, IMPROVED TAP PAP MOUTHPIECE!
I got the email, and am anxious to order and try. Sounds wonderful. I was pretty satisfied with the original, but any reduction will be great. The area behind the front teeth has kinda bothered me. Any improvement in comfort is great. I have just used the nasal pillows that came on it. Was hoping on...

Re: how long did it take for you to get back to normal
I am coming up on CPAP therapy for 5 months now. Actually I use the APAP mode. I don't know that I ever just noticed that I felt "wonderful", but gradually have noticed I have more energy, I don't feel near as tired at the end of the day. I rarely need naps. My therapy feels good, and believe me it ...

My husband had surgery 2x (20 years apart) and neither had good long lasting effect. He will not be going back a 3rd time.

Re: Card Readers
I only tried using the card reader once, and it downloaded the info ok on my rescan program I had downloaded, but then when I put the card back in the machine, it said something about an error, and had to delete info on the card which I did. Pugsy told me that my DME could put the info back on the c...

Card Readers
I'm not the most technical person. I have a Resmed S9 machine. Is there any difference in buying a Resmed Card Reader versus just a card reader?

Re: Anyone here lose weight successfully after starting CPAP?
I am currently working on losing weight and have lost 14 lbs in 7 weeks and am using WW online program. I am following it to the letter and realize that I didn't gain all my weight in a few weeks and realize it will take a reasonable time to get to my goal. Currently having a arthritic knee hurting ...

Re: TapPap...questions
When I started using the tap pap pillows consistently (about 4 weeks ago) I had similar results, in that my numbers weren't as good as they had been with my nasal mask. The numbers are getting better for me. I refit my mouthpiece a couple of times, but what really helps me is to run it under hot tap...

Re: Weight GAIN after starting cpap
I have been on CPAP now for around 14 weeks. Six weeks ago I started Weight Watchers online and have faithfully recorded everything I eat and have stayed within my "point allotment". I am happy to report I have lost 14 lbs so far. I like to bicycle outside or walk, and our weather hasn't been great ...

Problem with data card
I finally downloaded Rescan, looked at my data, put the card back in and a message comes up that says" Invalid SD card. Erase Card data? I respond No, then the next message says "Please remove SD Card". What should I be doing to take care of this?

Re: Old problems but new for me
Yes, my husband was tested for sleep apnea and although his RDI was 32.3 he only prescribed the mouth guard. He is a mouth breather and it drove him nuts as his mouth would get so dry. He tried a couple of products they (the dentist) suggested he try but didn't really help. He did have a lot of limb...
