I travel a lot, all over the world and with many different airlines (I'm travelling four time this month alone, to the UK twice, Italy once and Malta once!). I have never had a problem, as long as I email/ring the airline in advance and tell them about the CPAP. This way they will gtive you a letter...

A quick bit of background ... I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea (59 episodes per hour) in 2007 and went on a CPAP machine with 9cm.
