It's only been the case since I went on CPAP. Maybe I am swallowing air. Dunno. I'm going to give this one more week and then call the pulmonologist and make that embarrassing admission. Yikes.

I had to shut ramp off too. It was set at four whereas in order to relax and feel as though I'm getting enough air to go to sleep I needed at least a six.
