Thx so much forresponding I awaken many times throughout the night. With the meds I don't awaken as fully but am still aware. Usually I can get bk to sleep before too long..Often I am troubled by feeling hot and a vibrating in my head with slight headache. The nights I have this..I feel even worse. ...

Ok I think this link will work....just look at first 5-6 screenshots as others are from last year. Any input so welcome! thanks for your posts in response to mine. I am not on any medication. A few years ago I took Reglan for quite a while, but haven't since. the neck movements you describe do sound like me. Do you know what would cause that extra movement?
