...unless your real name is Tony. Sure, I can be Tony. What do you plan on wearing when you "come over to borrow tools"? Is this a death threat? And why? If you think I've done something wrong, contact me instead of you and Postitnote making hidden death threats. OK, I prevaricated! I tell ya, afte...

Re: Question for those using a Mandibular Advancement Device:
A better solution, and more permanent one, to jaw advancement would be in going to an orthodontist and getting an expander (e.g., Crozat). I am undergoing orthodontia with an expander on the bottom jaw; I first started with the expander on top and bottom jaws. My lower jaw has come forward signific...

Re: Am I really negative for UARS? Taking Trazodone
BrendaStarr- Which appliance do you use? I didn't go with a palet expander, like the DNA. At my ortho's advice, I started with the Crozat on top and bottom and now I have self-litigating braces on the top and the lower has the Crozat. Since the bottom jaw came out very quickly, it was necessary to ...

I wanted to draw everyone's attention to this device: https://dnaappliance.com/ It's like a permanent fix for the bone structure that causes sleep disordered breathing. FDA approved for OSA. It's the one I want. And yes on the Raynaud's. No migraines though. Also BP 85/55. I'm a rip roaring ball of...

Re: Can We Drop Homeopathy?
almond milk Isn't that about 99% water? Yes but a nicely flavoured water and better the pop/soda or raw milk. OK now I'm mad. That was a tip I got from reading smoothie recipes. (I hate saying "smoothie.") Think I'll stick to the coconut milk. Thanks for the tip! If you want almonds in your smoothi...

Re: Can We Drop Homeopathy?
Now just tell me you drink raw milk and our relationship is cemented. Actually I gave up dairy milk a couple of years ago and now drink only almond and coconut milk, and I believe I am the healthier for it. I owe practically all my good health now to Janknitz's excellent health advice. Love that gi...

Doctors have been 6 and 8 years of university and one or two years of practice (this is without specialty). This means that they study for about 12 to 16 semesters. One semester is a little less than three months of study. This means they study for 36 to 48 months. A lot of these are not related to...

Re: CPAP vs. Oral Sleep Appliances
A lot of orthodontists don't like MADs because although it pushes the lower jaw forward, it pushes the maxilla back--not good since maxilla is life.
