Once a diagnoss is mde, and treatment ordered it owes become simple........ For most of us.

Re: How was your OSA/CSA discovered?
Seems I had many of the complicating factors sleep apnea can contribute to, daytime sleepiness, awakening with shortness f breath, hypertension, diabeties, depression, etc etc etc
I had to ask for it in the end. Looking back, I've likely had sleep apnea for 20 + years.

I use a Zest Q and don't even bother to undo the straps anymore. I just pull it on and off the top of my head. Much easier.

Re: How Tight Is Tight Enough?
I'm new too. Initially I had mine tight, thinking it had to be this way. Lately, I've loosened them to the point they "just do" hold the mask on. I loosened mine until they leaked then just tweaked them. I like it loose. It works for e according o comfort and data.

Re: Just getting started.
I would really try to use decaf drinks. It makes the nights hard, but hopefully getting restful sleep will makeup or that.
I worked shift work for years. I always did much better when I kept or shift rather than rotating, so that oo should be on your side.
God luck !

Amen. And I REALLY need to follow your advise. I once rode frequently. That was before I was tired all the time and got fatter.
I need a boost to get started again.

If I download data will it affect PCP from also reading it ?
So, I'm still new.
If i download my card to read it, I assume tat wont affect the data on the card from being read again my my PCP and DME. ( PCP reads data, DME reads use age for compliance)
The machine is a ResMed S9 Elite.
Thanks
