Re: new Wisp mask?
I'm considering trying the Mirage FX or the Eson which I've seen good things on here about. I use the Eson and Mirage FX for her. The Mirage FX I just got in size small, which is quite a bit smaller than the standard. A shorter nose piece helps it fit much better on my face. I use the Eson primaril...

Re: new Wisp mask?
Tried the Wisp just last night for the first time. Comfortable. Time will tell...... I primarily use the Eson (not supported by Apria) and the Mirage FX for her, small. When I need a replacement, I can't get the Eson, so will have to buy out of pocket. I would try the Wisp as it looks like what I'm...

Re: Need mask help
It occurs to me that maybe this cushion is just too big. It's a standard size. Maybe one option I should consider would be getting the same mask in a size small. I finally got the size small from my therapist. It came in a bag that stated it was a "demo" and not for resale. I tried it right away an...

Re: Need mask help
I'm in the same boat as Nyx. After using the Mirage FX for her I have decided it is just too big. When I asked my therapist about whether or not Apria (my provider) carries the size small, she was told that it has only been out 6 mos. but that they would try to get me one. As I am still a newbie (1 ...

Re: Mirage FX
The first mask I tried was the Mirage FX for Her. When given the mask I had never use one so I had no idea what I was supposed to feel when fitted. After a week's use, I was extremely frustrated. It was too long for my face - either pushing into the inside corners of my eyes or over my upper lip. Ne...

Re: Kaiser Ins and Apria
I was able to download and access my data using the Sleepyhead software. Now I'll learn what everything means! Thanks so much for the patch - I have a 60 series. I'm not hung up on the data, I just want access. I'll go down to the secretary's office and request my records. I have yet to contact Apri...

Re: Kaiser Ins and Apria
Thank you for all the posts from last Sept. I am new to CPAP, machines, masks and yet another department in Kaiser, northern Ca. I was "diagnosed" by the PAT device, two finger probes. A sleep doctor (who works in the ER) called with the results. I really liked speaking with him, he seemed to unders...
