Re: Sleep Apnea Untreated and starting Ketogenic Ketosis diet
Wow! I am a bit taken aback with the hostile tone of some of the replies to my post. I read through my post again and nowhere did I "brag" that my weight loss "cured" my apnea. I just said it helped. I understand snoring is just one of the symptomps. I do not have any other way of finding out if the...

Re: Sleep Apnea Untreated and starting Ketogenic Ketosis diet
Hello! I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea in 2013. I was put on a CPAP with a pressure of 19. At that time, I weighed 306 lbs. I stuck with the machine for about 3 months and my AHI did go down but I just was not able to keep up with the machine any more. In March 2013, I started Keto diet. 60%...

Re: Thinking about trying one of these as my machine's SD Card
I was wondering about it a couple of days ago. It would be interesting to get it to work. Let me go trawl through the internet to see if anyone has got it to work yet.

Re: Anyone Retrained Their Sleep Position?
Thank you for the reply.
My pressure is set at 19 and so far I have been sleeping fine, so I am not planning on messing around with it any time soon.
I do notice that now my limbs seem a bit heavier when I wake but I am not sure if it is just me imagining things.

Re: Anyone Retrained Their Sleep Position?
Was recently diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. Pretty severe too. I was told my AHI is 65 and my Oxygen level dropped to 51%. Been on a CPAP machine for past two days. I was never advised to sleep on my side. I have been sleeping flat on my back while using the CPAP and my AHI is currently at 4. Except fo...
