Re: Sleepyhead data went crazy
Yes, it was just about 2 weeks of data that was crazy. Turning off those few days solved the most immediate problem of distorting the graph. I'll think about a reinstall. Thanks for the help.

Re: Sleepyhead data went crazy
Could this be a problem with the machine? Is it a Sleepyhead issue? How can I purge those days? It's a SleepyHead issue and your 60 series machine. Is your 0.9.3 version from the May 18/19, 2013 install files or the prior version with the Patch file fix to bring it up to 0.9.3? To see which build o...

Sleepyhead data went crazy
I have gotten out of the habit of viewing my data every few days and now go about a month. I regularly check the machine in the morning and I'm always under 3, so I'm not that concerned about what SH can tell me except for looking at longer term trends. I just downloaded data and from August 25 thro...

First night with a different mask
Since I started CPAP almost three weeks ago, I have been using the Swift FX nasal pillows with varying degrees of success. Last night I decided to try the ComfortGel Blue Nasal CPAP Mask that I had gotten at my sleep study. My AHI was only 0.6. I feel like I slept fairly well, though not through the...

Best night followed by worst night
I've just completed on week on CPAP. Wednesday was my best night so far. AHI of 3.78. I felt great yesterday and knew even before checking that the AHI must be below 5 (all the previous nights were between 5 and 6). I was hoping to repeat that success last night but ended up with the highest AHI of ...

Re: Vent air bothersome
Agreed. Also have the Swift FX and it has a loud vent when it comes up against sheets/etc. Do you have any kind of hose management? I find that when the hose hangs overhead with the swift, it helps keep the vent upward. I have not gotten any hose management yet but I can look into it. Thanks. The D...

Vent air bothersome
Last night was my fifth on CPAP and I am finding the air that comes out the vent to be particularly bothersome during the night. No matter what position I am in the air either hits my arm, my face, or the blankets. The cold air on my arm is uncomfortable. When I feel it on my face I am not sure if i...

Re: Getting my equipment tomorrow
I just got back from the meeting with the DME. It went very well. He had a machine that was listed in the article as being one of the best ones, so that seems good. I can get software for it but the machine shows a lot of the important statistics in the display. It has variable setting and is setup ...

Re: Getting my equipment tomorrow
Thanks everyone for the comments. I was not able to find out what machine I will be getting but I did find out that my insurance pays 50% for DME and requires precertification over $500 and for all rentals.

Getting my equipment tomorrow
Greetings. I am recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and tomorrow will be going to meet with the DME to get my equipment. As I am very new to this world, so I would appreciate any advise on what to ask for, what information to make sure I receive, or any other advice for dealing with the DME for the ...
