http://www.wired.com/business/2013/03/l ... t-for-zeo/

Maybe it is time to grab the sleep monitoring device for cheap? How accurate is this thing anyways? I've read very mixed reviews for its accuracy...

Re: DME fixes SD card to self-destruct?

The DME is blowing hot air! I've changed the pressure many times on my elite with the same SD card in it and never had any problems accessing the data! Hi wasserware. No question DMEs blow hot air. And we all know we can change our pressure without hurting the SD card. But my question is still, doe...

Another real life story on how sleep apnea can RUIN you!

I read this article last year before my apnea diagnosis but I think it is worth sharing again: http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2012/10/10/lawyer_recovers_from_depression_and_disgrace_thanks_to_a_good_nights_sleep.html "Just 10 years ago, Vassilios Apostolopoulos was lost in an abyss. Disbarred in 20...

Re: New CPAP user looking for support and guidance! THANKS!

I've updated the post with sleepyhead data and sorry for the large images They came directly from my 30inch monitor... Are there any sections that I should zoom in and show in detail for you? As for the whistling sound, it only happens when I exhale and currently it doesn't affect my sleep but I can...

Re: New CPAP user looking for support and guidance! THANKS!

I am glad my sleep doctor provided me with the detailed reports at no charge because it shows I have no central apneas while the software is showing ocassional central apneas here and there. Another thing I need to get sorted out is the w...

Re: New CPAP user looking for support and guidance! THANKS!

That is good to hear I am on the right track. Fortunately my apneas is mostly Hypopneas and my sleep doctor said it most likely didn't cause any permanent damage to my brain. In my next appointment I am going to ask him what is the cause of my Hypopneas? I think maybe the loud snoring restricting th...

New CPAP user looking for support and guidance! THANKS!

Hi All – this is my first post here and I am glad to have found this great community. I just turned 28 (Height = 185CM, weight 185 lb, BMI = 24.5) and have just been diagnosed with mild sleep apnea which pretty much confirmed my suspicions over the years. I never seem to get enough sleep and always ...
