Re: keeping your mouth closed while sleeping
I use a three quarter square inch piece of 3M surgical tape placed over my two lips at the center part of my mouth. I've employed this technique for several months; it keeps my mouth closed for about 90% to 100% of the time and it beats wearing that infernal chin strap. Try it out and see how it wor...

Re: Solution to Qauttro FX FF mask riding up into eyes.
Hi simply me,
Can you advise me how I should obtain the sport shirt material? Should I be looking for some kind of cotton shirt, polyester, wool, etc? What specific material do you use? Can it be obtained in a dry goods store?
I congratulate you for your great ideas.

Re: Do nasal pillows work better at keeping sinuses open?
I have had sinus problems for a good part of my life. When I began using I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea in October 2012 and began using the Swift FX nasal pillow mask. Re: full face mask
thanks everyone - I will talk to my DMA and talk about trying the Quattro FX first. Insopitus: would you be able to post a link to the website with the measurement guide? Well, I would love to but the powers that be forbid me to to post the commercial link to the site I used; however, you shouldn't...

Re: full face mask
Being a mouth breather all my life, I struggled with the Swift FX for two or three months complaining about the same problems you describe. The chin strap works most of the time but is such a pain to me. Along came the Quattro FX..... Sleep doc recommended I try a full face mask. He measured me in h...

Re: Mask break in period?
I've been using the Quattro FX FF mask for a month now. Silicone cushion has been holding up rather well. No leaks. First three or four nights had real problems of leaking and lack of sleep. Figured out the problem: wasn't fitting it properly! As soon as I began to fit it properly--it has been three...
