Still waking, brain fog, please check my charts
Hi all, I could use some advice on how to move forward. Pugsy has been helping me--thank you--as a newbie with terrible brain fog. The suggestion by many people is to get my AHI down as low as possible. The only suggestion on how to do this is to raise my lower end. Here's my problem: when I raise m...

Re: Help w/data and brain fog
I would say that I'm averaging 7 hours of sleep and I wake up 3 times. I only wake for a brief period usually, but sometimes like last night it's for 30min or so.

Some of this might be a bit off, as I just switched to a nasal pillow three nights ago-couldn't handl...

Re: Brain fog--raise pressure?
Thanks to everyone for your input. I've updated my machine, software. etc. However, I'm still awaiting my memory card from CPAP.com to transfer all data. I know that I can pull the codes from my Devilbiss, which I will do later today. I've done this before, but reading the results at Devilbiss.com i...

itchy face
I have a full faced mask that's causing my nose/face to itch. I've been told to clean my face and mask before using-will do. Any other ideas?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: devilbiss intellipap auto adjust
Thanks for this info!
Hawthorne, I've replied to you in a PM, but I don't know if it's working. My messages show the message I wrote you in the outbox, so I'm unsure if this working.
All the best!
