Taking mask off while asleep
I've been having trouble for weeks now where I wake around 4:30 - 5:30 am and find I've taken my mask off during the night. Checked the usage on the machine tonight and only had the nasal mask on 2.7 hours then slept without it another 2 3/4 hour when I woke. Don't know how I can stop this problem o...

I've only had the S9 for a couple of weeks and am new to the SleepyHead app. Sorry for any confusion. At 3 am the AHI was 0.8 after 3.5 hours sleep and when I got up in the morning at 7:45 am it was 4.59. I get up once in the night to use the bathroom and have been checking my AHI before going and then in the morning when I get up. I have found a huge difference in the figures.
