Is this even possible? AHI of 0.0

My AHI this morning read 0.0. I didn't think that was possible. Could there be something wrong with my equipment? It is less than 2 weeks old! Alternately, am I doing something wrong? It says that my mask fit was good and there were no leaks. Or, could it be possible that I am doing really well?

Yes, Fuch's dystrophy can cause problems, but should be seen by the surgeon pre-surgery, in general it is easy to pick up and something that is looked for in all exams. It is not something that you test for, you just see it.Thankfully it is rare, and completely harmless in the vast majority of cases...

I have a similar story, I went from dreading it to saying "let's go" after the sleep study. The day after my split study was AWESOME! I slept, I mean really slept for the first time in years. The tech actually had to wake me up! The first few breaths after the mask came of were very strange though. ...
