AHI and new machine

I recently had a knee replacement and am on tramadol,gabapentin, and meloxican and also have gotten a new resmed
Aircurve 10 vauto. My AHI has went from under 3 to in the 20's. I have no mask leak and am wondering if the meds are affecting the AHI that much. Any help would be appreciated.

I got the heated hose cause it was in my scrip. I didn't have stock for the Resmed so I didn't mind changing. I was kinda disappointed that something happened to the Resmed unit.

Respironics system one ds 760

Hi again everyone. My DME changed out my Resmed vpap auto today to a respironics system one ds 760 bipap auto. Is this a good unit? The Resmed machine wouldn't turn on last night. They tried changing the power block and still it didn't work so they just gave me a new respironics model since they did...
