Re: Cpap & Sinutitis

I have not been using any humidity setting, have it turned "off" should I be using it set at 1 or 2? I thought about getting the climate line heated / cooled tubing but right now I just have regula...

Thanks It's not really a calculation error n...

Re: How long does it last?
It took me a long time to adapt to CPAP. Once I did I really CRAVED sleep. It's as if my body could finally relax and enjoy sleeping after decades of fighting it every night. I couldn't wait to go to bed at night, and didn't want to get up in the morning. It took a while (months) for that to pass. ...

Re: How long does it last?
It’s normal for improvement to be gradual. In your original post, you report some improvement after just a few days, so I predict you’ll do well. No one can say how long it’ll take for you to feel like yourself again. It could be another week or month; for some of us it took longer. This is a reall...

Re: How long does it last?
My take is that there is no "normal" with early initial reactions to PAP, since there is quite a bit of variety in reports of how people feel at the start of therapy. Some feel better right away; others begin to feel better later on. Others are on the therapy mostly to prevent future problems with ...
