Re: Wanted DS 460 P (no script)
I have looked at craigslist in my area, but the two DS460P's I have come across are more expensive than just buying a "commercial" used unit (secondwindcpap(dot)com). However, without a prescription, I'm out of luck. Does anyone have a new or used DS460P for sale? If I were you, I'd simply contact ...

Wanted DS 460 P (no script)
Hi Everyone, Just passed the 1 year mark. Doing great. I'm looking for a used (or new) DS 460 P WITHOUT the integrated tube heater (as I use supplemental oxygen at night). I lost my job a few months ago and have recently acquired a new position, however, it is 100+ miles away, so I'll be remote 4 ni...

Re: Pulse Ox Meters and SleepyHead
Hmm, nearly a week (okay, that's a week based on how I feel, not a calendar week) and no response?

Re: Where can I download Encore Pro 2?
Check your private message box in a few minutes...if you just HAVE to try Pro and see for yourself then I will get you a link but I don't offer any support for its use at all and trust me..it is a major PITA to use. You are on your own with figuring out how to use it and Basic is a piece of cake co...

Pulse Ox Meters and SleepyHead
Which pulse ox meters work with SleepyHead without complications? I know Mark has a 50D+. Do the other 50 series Contec meters work just as well? In addition to setting up a camera to observe my sleeping position when bouts of apneas are occurring, I'm considering adding a Pulse Ox meter with data t...

Insomnia
I'm about 2 weeks in on CPAP (static pressure). I'm doing pretty good at night (AHI's running 10-15, down from higher than 150s during sleep study). I'm getting pretty good rest and feeling better most days. Anyway, I've come to enjoy a new misery -- insomnia. I find myself laying in bed at night bu...

Re: new here
I feel fine every day. I sleep 7 hrs a day and then up and work 11 to 14 hrs with no problems. The only reason I had to have the sleep study is cause the doctor. Well, consider yourself luck. If i had a CDL, perhaps I would have been diagnosed years ago. For years I've been complaining about begin ...

Re: Day 0, T minus 12 hours to sleep (I hope)
I know you're excited to get started but I see they're giving you a basic machine(brick) with no data capability. Any machine with a Plus(Respironics) or Escape(Resmed) is a no-no. Updated my equipment, I picked the wrong one. Actually, I think the forum is lacking the option for my exact machine. ...

Re: Day 0, T minus 12 hours to sleep (I hope)
You won't roll over onto your back if it means sleeping on 2-3 tennis balls. Oh, I can sleep about anywhere, the quality of the sleep sucks so I'm sure a few tennisballs, backpacks, tent stakes, or bowling balls won't bother me while I'm on my back. The body pillow between the knees helps, but in m...
